GHI3421 OEM Board

GHI3421™ is an OEM board for the MAX3421E. The board comes with MAX3421 and 2 USB connectors, type A and B. The board gives access to all MAX3421 I/Os and have the required 12Mhz crystal and some RCs. The interface header can connect to almost any microcontroller with SPI bus. Since MAX3421E is not 5V tolerant. We also added some circuitry to allow users with 5V micro to use the board safely.
